Initial Golf Assessment – (60 mins)

  • Golf Specific TPI Movement Screen
  • Hip Mobilization
  • Corrective Exercises
  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Evaluation
Option #1: 4 Sessions & Four Week Program Design

  • Pictures or Video of you doing the exercises correctly
  • 1st session TPI assessment and give correctives
  • 2-4 sessions will go through your Four-Week home-program plus add on more things you can do at your own gym.
Option #2: Golf Training Sessions

  • Training sessions one-on-one vary depending on your needs and goals after¬†initial assessment. ¬†Choose to come 8, 10, 12 or 16 times per month.

Team Training

  • 3 clients per hour max
  • Roughly half the cost of one-on-one training
  • Grab some friends and make it fun!
  • $100 for every referral or massage at Method Athlete
  • In-Home Training
  • Call for package to Includes gas/time and details
  • Grocery Concierge two trips
